Cannot send SMS with single SIM card
I can confirm this. I can reply to SMS messages, just not send new
messages. Also DefaultSimForMessages is set to "ask", but it doesn't
ask (i assume because it's single SIM)

And it's back. Daily Jakkety 16.10, Ubuntu Studio. Updated with latest
