[Bug 602809] Re: add Mouse Click Debounce Feature?
I'm still seeing this issue with a Logitech G700 with Linux Mint 17.3 (based on Ubuntu 14.04). I did not need Whitlock's patched evdev driver, but adding Comment #4's xorg.conf work-around seems to have alleviated this issue for me. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/602809 Title: add Mouse Click Debounce Feature? [Bug 1592749] Re: MySQL 5.7 slow with Bacula 7.4
Ah, that's great! Odd that I didn't see the issue. I've been using my system to test various things like upgrading from earlier MySQL versions, so it's possible I hadn't cleaned up earlier versions completely and the check still passed with 5.7 somehow. [Bug 1598665] [NEW] Option "use this connection only for resources on its network" not respected
Public bug reported: Lately, when I try to connect to a VPN, I get the default route changed to what the VPN sends, even when I have the option "use this connection only for resources on its network" active. This produces the side effect of being able to connect to the VPN servers, but not being able to access the rest of the Internet It seems like a regression, as I have tried the same setup in an Ubuntu Wily VM and seems to work correctly. [Bug 1579318] Re: 0e8d:763f Bluetooth adapter not recognized
This week-end i tried kernel 4.7-rc4 and still it couldn't recognize my bluetooth adapter. I can add some useful informations: 1) i got the bluetooth working using this project: https://github.com/neurobin/MT7630E 2) the usb id changes depending how i boot the computer. If I boot windows first (i have a dual boot), and i reboot as Linux without power off the usb id is: 0e8d:763f, if I boot Linux fresh (after a power off) the usb id is 0489:e080. Also if i use the driver mentioned at point 1 the usb id is 0e8d:763f. I have the strong suspect the drivers load a firmware that changes the usb id. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1579318 Title: 0e8d:763f Bluetooth adapter not recognized To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1579318/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1368647] Re: GPS and location detection not working on Nexus 4
On a daily basis, i'm not able to use the GPS. In order to get nearby information i'm relying on wifi(accurate)+3g(inaccurate), unfortunately i cannot use Unav app for instance. I tried on my balcony test-GPS with success (catching a position), I decided to try by walking in my neighbourhood. I reboot the phone to use a "fresh" setup, and after 30 min test-GPS didn't catch anything. the current config : system-image-cli -i current build number: 349 device name: mako channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en last update: 2016-07-02 00:26:02 version version: 349 version ubuntu: 20160702 version device: 20160401.1 version custom: 20160701-5-vivid phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ ubuntu-location-serviced-cli --bus system --get --property visible_space_vehicles Visible space vehicles: Attempted to unregister path (path[0] = com path[1] = ubuntu) which isn't registered phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ ps ax | grep location 890 ?Ssl0:00 /usr/bin/ubuntu-location-serviced --bus system --provider gps::Provider --provider remote::Provider --remote::Provider::name=com.ubuntu.espoo.Service.Provider --remote::Provider::path=/com/ubuntu/espoo/Service/Provider 1719 ?Ssl0:00 /custom/vendor/here/location-provider/bin/arm-linux-gnueabihf/slpgwd --preinst-dir /custom/vendor/here/location-provider/share --storage-dir /userdata/system-data/var/lib/ubuntu-location-provider-here 1833 ?Ssl0:02 /custom/vendor/here/location-provider/bin/arm-linux-gnueabihf/posclientd --preinst-dir /custom/vendor/here/location-provider/share --storage-dir /userdata/system-data/var/lib/ubuntu-location-provider-here 1925 ?Ssl0:00 /custom/vendor/here/location-provider/bin/arm-linux-gnueabihf/ubuntu-espoo-service --bus system 2847 ?Ssl0:00 /usr/bin/trust-stored-skeleton --remote-agent DBusRemoteAgent --bus=system --local-agent MirAgent --trusted-mir-socket=/var/run/user/32011/mir_socket_trusted --for-service UbuntuLocationService --with-text-domain ubuntu-location-service --store-bus session 3370 ?Ssl0:00 /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/indicator-location/indicator-location-service 25327 pts/44 S+ 0:00 grep --color=auto location phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ sudo dmesg | grep gps | more phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ sudo cat /var/log/upstart/ubuntu-location-service.log E0703 19:04:30.181362 2661 skeleton.cpp:190] Error creating session: Client lacks permissions to access the service with the given criteria Attempted to unregister path (path[0] = sessions path[1] = 0) which isn't registered Attempted to unregister path (path[0] = sessions path[1] = 1) which isn't registered Attempted to unregister path (path[0] = sessions path[1] = 2) which isn't registered Attempted to unregister path (path[0] = sessions path[1] = 3) which isn't registered Attempted to unregister path (path[0] = sessions path[1] = 4) which isn't registered name -> com.ubuntu.espoo.Service.Provider path -> /com/ubuntu/espoo/Service/Provider Instantiating and configuring: gps::Provider Instantiating and configuring: remote::Provider E0703 19:22:54.460836 2678 skeleton.cpp:190] Error creating session: Client lacks permissions to access the service with the given criteria -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1368647 Title: GPS and location detection not working on Nexus 4 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/location-service/+bug/1368647/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Ty Young: 1) To clarify, did you install the nvidia drivers from upstream or the Ubuntu repositories? 2) Is there an older version of the driver that doesn't demonstrate this problem? ** Tags removed: bios-outdated-p03.a2l ** Description changed: When launching certain OpenGL games, graphical glitches consisting of current or recently closed applications can be seen at the very bottom of the screen as the window goes fullscreen.
