This used to be a problem because the updates panel's list of updates
was not implemented as MVC (as understood by Qt). All updates are now
proper list models, filtered by a proxyfiltermodel and only the items
that actually are updated will be re-rendered.

I do not have windows, but I suppose that the same would apply on

compatible with Java >= 7 it certainly worked with OpenJDK 7. Xenial now
