Starting with ppa kernel 4.7-rc5, we can observe thousands of kworker
processes (as shown by "ps aux | grep -c kworker"). Because of this,
system is sometimes not very responsive, or system load goes up to 100,

Using OTA-13 on a Nexus4 dual boot with bq-aquarius.en rc channel, I constantly
get delays in Telegram app input receptions and notifications. This morning for
example I was on cellular data (non WIFI) mode and a message was sent to me at
9:04 but arrived at 9:58.
