Public bug reported:
Now that we have support for apparmor namespacing and stacking,
unprivileged containers can and should be allowed to load apparmor
profiles.
The following changes are needed at least:
- Change the systemd unit to remove the "!container" condition
- Change the apparmor init
Thank you!
I made some changes to your debian/changelog entry. In particular,
Ubuntu does not have NMUs because all Ubuntu packages are collectively
maintained by Ubuntu contributors.
And I added this bug number so that the bug will automatically be closed
when the package arrives in yakkety.

I just talked to Brian Behlendorf (since I'm sitting next to him at the
OpenZFS Developer Summit). He doesn't have strong feelings either way,
but is concerned about breaking people who are already relying on those
names.
My thought is we should just fix it in Debian/Ubuntu regardless of
whether i

I built a Yakkety test kernel with a revert of commit
2deb4be28077638591fe5fc593b7f8aabc140f42.
The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1627198
Can you see if this kernel resolves this bug?

FYI, I fixed it in Debian Wheezy(6.3+svn3990-1~bpo70+1) and Ubuntu 14.04
(6.2+svn3841-1.2) by changing "http" to "https":
# update-smart-drivedb
/var/lib/smartmontools/drivedb/drivedb.h.error: rejected by /usr/sbin/smartctl,
probably no longer compatible
# sed "s/SRCEXPR='http/SRCEXPR='https/g"
usensord only has an exception for the osk, but there are 2 other cases
where we have separate settings which is for calls and messages. These
settings are in the account service and not passed to usensord. Seems
easiest to add exceptions for whatever processes are making those
requests.
