I've updated from Xenial to Yakkety on my Desktop - Sandybridge Macbook

With Xenial, on 4.4 kernel, doing a compile (with ninja for example), I
could use all CPU cores and still have a usable desktop: app switching
was relatively quick, I could (slowly) surf the web

Basically this is a Kodi bug since Kodi (as the only major client) does
not respect the mappings done by lircrc but instead reads the raw codes

The thing is I used Lenovo Z570 which I cannot have the options to set then
I do just follow installation. It does work but do not know what is behind.

Not sure if I have the same issue, but I have hard set DNS servers in
the OpenVPN connection. On first connect it works and I can resolve
internal hosts, but if I reconnect the VPN connection, I can no longer
resolve until I restart the dnsmasq process. It will restart and I can
resolve hosts
