IMO the most likely case to hit this is by running Trusty with the Ubuntu Cloud
Archive. That brings in a newer libvirt and that way makes it hit the same

Thanks for the patch Breno, the syncing with Debian suggestion here is true but
complex.
The per-arch kvm wrappers is part of the Delta that Serge started to get rid of

I tried the following which provides me with working keyboard shortcuts in
the app Ghostwriter but which doesn't integrate the menu into the top bar.
Let me ask:
For 16.10 there is no way to have working keyboard shortcuts AND the menu
being integrated into the top bar?

1. Install Ubuntu 16.04.1 via Live USB.
2. On desktop, open the terminal to issue the command to check the status[1].
3. Open Bluetooth setup window.
4. Update

The current user experience when console-conf runs is:
- ask for SSO user
- import ssh keys
- show "here is how you log-in"
it would be nice if there is an additional step that allows
to optionally set a password to make the experience on e.g.
virtualbox or kvm nicer.
