I would suggest to test upstream latest one first. ( need to be built )
you can choose 5.x higher version then you tested(5.1.5.2)
you can choose 4.x version if it's working. ( official libreoffice with normal

This is highly correlated with pause-on-start. I can't say 100% because
I haven't look at kern.log for all the Paused instances (and I'm not
sure I can correlate this easily now), but every time I looked it was
there.
And it's definitely not there during normal startups.

I started a kernel bisect between v4.1 final and v4.2-rc1. The kernel
bisect will require testing of about 7-10 test kernels.
I built the first test kernel, up to the following commit:
4570a37169d4b44d316f40b2ccc681dc93fedc7b
The test kernel can be downloaded from:

Unable to upgrade from 12.04 to 14.04.
Error message says "Unable to calculate changes, may be due to pre-
release versions or unofficial software packages."
Neither should be the case in this instance.
