Xubuntu 16.04 user here on EXT4. I don't use suspend on my Dell Latitude
laptop at all. Was just trying to reboot after noticing my network
manager indicator icon was in limbo and 'lo and behold:

I have a similar issue with Mac Book Pro 15", with only one of my two
base stations, the other one seems to work fine.
The base station that fails is a Freebox Revolution, configured to use
channels 12 and 8 with 40MHz bandwidth in 2.4GHz mode (according to its

The higher the value (I find 2 good), the slower the speed.
