I can't always get my load temp up to 97C, sometimes it takes a lot of

In 1650059 we requested the rebase to the 4.9 kernel LIS commits.
Also, from comments #7 and #8 we confirmed that the SR-IOV functionality was
working as expected.
This was in the test kernel build 4.8.0-33.35.
Now, while testing the HWE proposed kernel for Xenial
With 12.04 already installed, I get the uto-resize installation option.
With 16.04 already installed, I don't. Running on a VM with 20GB disk,
4GB RAM.

When doing fully automated preseed, without specifying any specific
kernel for the target, the non-hwe kernel got installed in target; even
though the hwe installer was used.
Installing things interactively resulted in the hwe kernel being
installed.

So if you were using the source pkg from X or Y to build this, you must
use the corresponding rules file, which defines DEB_PY2_INCDIR to build
it, of course. Afaict, this is not a bug, as the package built fine in
the archives for both releases. Additionally, we've synced in Debian and
