I can't always get my load temp up to 97C, sometimes it takes a lot of work. ;) I'll also go back into my BIOS and set it back to some better defaults, I had disabled things like Enhanced SpeedStep while I was troubleshooting these issues. I'm not sure if I saw whatever intel_rapl uses in there
