FYI the fix is now upstream released in version 3.3.2
But zesty is already frozen and also Debian didn't pick the newer version up
yet.

the fix is upstream released in logwatch 3.11 but we are post freeze for zesty.
We will almost for sure pick that up in zesty+1.
The question now is for the SRU work to at least Trusty and Xenial.
The upstream fix [1] is not super-small and I haven't checked yet how cleanly
that would apply

Johan Guldmyr pointed out that my udev rule attempted to apply the
attribute changes to partitions as well, which causes errors in system
log files.
