I am wondering that maybe partman-lvm could be enchanced to handle this
usecase by passing (usually redudandatly the vg_uuid parameter).

Additionally tested Xenial/16.04 and Yakkety/16.10 isos and while Xenial
will ask for the timezone after declining auto-detection, Yakkety does
not. So not a new regression in Zesty but one between Xenial and
