While waiting for test results requested in comment #115, I started the
bisect between 4.4.0-66 and 4.4.0-67.
I built the first test kernel, up to the following commit:
df0a1b9cce531e1718dbb966b1e0075b3667598f
The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~jsalisbury/lp1679898/
The patch is taken from upstream release 1.16.6. It can be also applied
as is to 1.12.x.

Checking the reverse depends I don't see how this can really be missing on a
Ubuntu system.
One package that depends on libpam-systemd is ubuntu-standard which should
always be there.
This is really a depends, and not a recommends so on anything Ubuntu'esque it
should always be installed.

For engine-pkcs11 one has to realize that it was dropped in artful as it seems.
In that sense for he SRU "it is released" I'd think - at least when the other
packages change are complete.
For libp11 it is clearer -

openssl rsa -des3 -in keyfile.pem -out keyfile-new.pem
Don't forget to set a passphrase, and then select the new keyfile from
GUI. After that, the "Unencrypted pri

Hello Balint, or anyone else affected,
Accepted livecd-rootfs into xenial-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-
rootfs/2.408.13 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See

No movement on the upstream side yet that we could pick up - or the bug was not
updated?
I'll stay subscribed but drop server-next now as we can't do anything in the
