Well, the patch I mentioned in comment #28 is not perfect, crashes still
happen, just way less often (I achieved several days uptime while
without the patch the crashed usually happened twice a day).

I'm experiencing Libreoffice Calc slowing down when working with large
cells.
My file in libreoffice calc is a little bit worked out, with more than
10 spreadsheets, with formulas and automatic formatting. Not too
complex, but with some details.
In one of the spreadsheets,
I have completed a full install of Ubuntu Gnome 17.04 on to the Dell Studio 15
laptop (ATI graphics), and then fully updated the software.
The bug behaviour has changed slightly: I was able to run the test presentation
file twice through but the slide transitions were very poor quality, then
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

the expected behavior.
bash's printf is a slightly modified version of the underlying printf()
function provided by the C standard library. The printf(3) manual
explicitly states that the precision is a number of _bytes_,

Due to a bug in apport's method for creating a duplicate signature, the
DuplicateSignature in this report was incorrect. We are fixing that now,
sorry for the noise!

I can confirm the problem reported originally in this bug (all those
segfaults after the upgrade) only happen if you have winbind listed
first, ahead of files or compat.
Any particular reason why that order was chosen? There will for sure be
a "blip" in the winbind service during the upgrade, and
