The "Editor's Picks" section currently contains a mix of hard-coded values,
values based on Ubuntu reviews and snaps from the "featured" snap store
section. As snaps are the newest and preferred method of installing things in
Ubuntu it should show these before the

I also had this problem after upgrading my scipy to version 0.19.1,
which was interfering with loading QGIS. The issue was solved after
downgrading scipy to version 0.11:
pip install scipy==0.11

Lately I've noticed that Dropbox is running/updating continously.
Check and found hundreds of backups. Duplicity is set to back up once per week.
Deleted all but the last backups but it just keeps making more.
Drop box will be looking for more money
