This is a bug in the refdb-server package. One way to reproduce it is
to:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install refdb-server reniced
sudo apt install apache2
apache2 and reniced have lsb headers, but refdb has

The patch you mention might be in image we download, but as soon as we
upgrade to a newer kernel with sudo apt-get dist-upgrade, this is when
we have the issue.

I understand I'm not programmer, but I seem to recall an earlier version
on tweak showing just a blank box for that setting when I set a custom
value. Now it still shows left or right. So it seems it used to have a
way to handle custom keys.
