Still affects Ubuntu 16.04. 'ssh -G' is a valid command; 'ssh -Z' (or
any remaining unused option) should be used.

Title:
Apache-2.4.27
I can reproduce this problem even from a Live Ubuntu 17.10 session.
Here's a provisional fix for this problem: force gnome-open instead of
xdg-open. This also fixes issues with texdoc, google-crhome and other
KDE-apps. Here are the commands I used at the Terminal:
$ mkdir --parents ~/bin
$ ln
Doing iso testing this morning, I indeed see this on the Try/install
screen as well.
So seems this issue has regressed further to effect both install paths.

Well i didnt think of that, so I tried it, too. When I turn off my Display that
is connected via Displayport, the Gnomeshell is killed after turning the Screen
on again. After turning on the Screen the login-window can be seen.
When you log in, its a new Session.

I have the same problem, it crashes only when accesing system.

FWIW, I can reproduce this crash every time simply by turning off the
HDMI monitor attached to my NUC (ref bug #1719808), and it's a
regression since early August (my Aug 11 snapshot doesn't have this
problem).
