Mentioned "rfkill unblock all" command actually enables bluetooth, which I'd
like to keep disabled.
bluetoothd should check if device is blocked and do not try setting mode for
such devices.

Great, so we have a fix for brother brscan3 scanners too.
Ah yes, linking is definitely a better way than copying (you may forgive
me, my workaround was only a first try).
Now we only need to know if, brscan, brscan2 and brscan4 scanners can be fixed

When I search name on Facebook and other webpages on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS in
polish and use Alt Gr with some polish letters it selects all text
instead add new letter with a tail. That is only when I have activated
automatic login in Ubuntu.

For SRU verification, we want to ensure juju bootstrap still selects
xenial, even after distro-info-data shows bionic as an LTS.
