The application struggles on zooming at any zoom levels if I'm running
it on Wayland. Basically Evince fails at zooming correctly on all PDF
documents. Whenever the zoom is set to Fit Page, Fit Width, or
Automatic, the counter displays wrong percentage at 0% and Ctrl + +/- or
Filedump is done, postgreqsl-mysql-fdw is removed and waits to be fixed.
There is only a 9.6 left in proposed due to an upload by mistake on the
last MRE due to some disconnect between me and mdeslaur.
According to rmadison and LP there is no postgresql-9.6 in bionic anymore
already.

I did a few more tests. On my system, the combination of a realtime
(lowlatency) kernel and certain tlp settings fixed the random crash.
Although the side effect was the machine can get very hot because CPU
We got the failed MRE upload which wasn't meant for bionic removed -
thanks apw!
We can now start to sort out any rebuilds that are needed to resolve any
dependencies left.
Then I'll resubscribe archive admins again.

Tried again to install Ubuntu 17.10 onto a new Samsung EVO 850 500GB

Which version of Ubuntu are you using? Did you try the magical incantation I
listed in my initial post? I am currently using 16.04. There was a few days
(maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago) when the problem reappeared but it disappeared again.
I thought it might have been related to a new kernel version
Upgraded to Debian stretch. New internet provider email account no longer
works, did before upgrade, tried all tricks but still popups for password.
Only Gmail now collects. Also no longer connects to Gmail address in
account.

The problem is solved by removing
/lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/firmware-6.bin
It is not a part of any official ubuntu packages, I don't remember why I
installed it, but everything works fine on 5th version of API.
