This is actually a broken test case for the daemon. First it is actually
named ietd (not iscsitarget) and second it is already in (attempted)
started state after installation, so it needs a restart call to be
started after changing the config file. My guess is that the test only

And I believe that PHP, when parsing ini, is reading value as INT
instead of BOOL, that is why "off" leads to an empty value instead of 0.

I'm not using cloud-init. My network devices are not managed because I disabled
NetworkManager.service shortly after installing 17.10 on bare metal Nov 5, 2017

I took all the other DE's from my system, I think a lot of the problems
stemmed from running KDE Plasma from a backport. It pretty much
conflicted with every DE theme except cinnamon. There where still some
problems even after I removed it, but at least cinnamon works.

My Lenovo G50-80 was running a Ubuntu 17.10 with no dualboot. The BIOS
didn't allow me to change ANY of the options and USB/DVD boot did not
work for a few weeks or maybe months (I don't check BIOS every day).
