For some weird reason gnome-tweak-tool is telling me that Ubuntu extensions are not enabled but I guess it's a visual bug since I don't have the problem anymore if I use the top bar button to disable all extensions at once. So it definitely seems to be in one of the Ubuntu extensions but no idea
