already multiple times and it didn't help. I also thought it probably is
an issue due to battery saving mode so I tried the following command
without any positive result:

Tested it with 5.10~rc4-1ubuntu1 package level, working fine.

After discussion with upstream on this we found that this also affects other
Distributions.
TL;DR: when libpcap has TPACKET_V3 enabled there is a weird incompatibiity
between libpcap the kernel & libvirt

Ok. It is known that shim-signed does not install on systems not booted
in UEFI mode, because it expects to write to UEFI nvram variables.

I just tried the daily Live CD image for Bionic, but the patch to

The videos are not needed but nice to proove your case (just as my pre-
