I'm not familiar with the workings of those patches - only basic fixes
to make them build OK.
Certainly "Enable Snappy support: no" looks like a bug worth fixing. But

When attempting to boot 18.04 on a virtualbox vm, this problem occurs if
I have "solid state drive" selected in the options for the virtual hard
disk. System will not boot due to start process running for snappy
daemon. If I uncheck "solid state drive", the system boots normally. Not

Never had an Nvidia card,otherwise an update after doing this, so far
working normally.The microdia dkms. may not be exchanged,since the
webcam doesn't recognize,that didn't work either. The webcam in the
operating system, I didn't know to use never.Windows xp.works normally
