I've run into this problem as well after upgrading my Ubuntu 17.10
installation (upgraded from 17.04) to Ubuntu 18.04 last week. My VPN
script calling "openconnect" hang and no packets got forwarded. My first

I have tested the version 4.2-build2010-5ubuntu1~16.04.2 and the DKMS
package successfully builds and loads on kernels 4.15, which was the
issue reported in this bug.
I also have run the ADT tests for the following kernels to ensure
there's no regressions:
- linux-generic 4.4
- linux-hwe 4.15

When I set the resolution to "worksforme", I meant that I couldn't reproduce
with FFmpeg 3.4, I would have set it to "invalid" if the issue were fixed.

So we think this was actually just lack of external connection from the system.
This is still an issue though. There is no requirement on internet
connectivity for running a container ('lxc launch ubuntu-daily:bionic').
