flint-arb and sagemath removals on armhf (they might come back
eventually if somebody fixes the armhf aligment issues, there is a new
release out that is going in debian new soon, but sagemath needs porting

I have the same issue as #88 but with a Marvell 88E8040 internal
ethernet (Linux Mint 18 Sonya 4.15.0-29). Reverting to 4.13.0-45-generic
solved the problem.

The reason the ubuntu-minimal package is not found is because you have
disabled the release pocket for main and restricted. Your
/etc/apt/source.list file contains the following:

This issue was fixed in the openstack/aodh 7.0.0 release.
