Firewall blocks dhcp hand shakes of guest through virbr0 and guest
Hi,
your step 1 installs firewalld and it already lists ipv4-dhcp as not present.
Then you hit the issue you described.
Just to confirm if you'd have neither firewalld nor ufw installed at the
host it would just work as it usually does right? I took a fresh clean
host and it worked fine for me,

To answer the description update by vorlon: The raspi3-firmware package
contains scripts that get run on a kernel update. This creates a new
config.txt and makes copies of kernel/dtb etc. Pretty certain this is
not how gadget snaps work (the firmware is obtained directly from git is
it not?).

Slightly confused by the use of firewall-cmd. Ubuntu systems generally
come preconfigured without any firewall at all, and firewall-cmd is
usually not the first choice given that it is a universe package. I'd
expect one to just use nftables/iptables directly, or use ufw - which
