I have just found that if I leave kompare set to a font that gets the
wrong vertical alignment, then restart it, it displays properly in the

I don't know exactly where to post my concern, but Start Up Disk Creator
does not work with the latest release of Kubuntu 18.10. It's impossible

Thanks for testing and the feedback Daniel. You're right, cosmic is not
visibly affected by the bug, nevertheless the fix was backported there
too to satisfy the SRU process (see comment #45). So what should really
be tested is that this doesn't introduce regressions.
