laptop shuts down in the "Suspend" state if at any point AC power is

During the two last updates my boot-order has been changed.
I dual-boot windows and ubuntu on my secure-boot laptop.
This is a work-laptop, and I need it to boot windows first, so that is the
setup i have chosen in the bios.
When I need Ubuntu, I manually choose that
Keyboard is sending extra byte with each key-press, as temporary workaaround
you can use mapping in this repository (tested on Fedora 28 with 4.20 kernel)
