It is to do with layers. The example file can be made to work by
ungrouping everything and putting everything to the bottom layer (move
selection to bottom).
The problem occurs when things are forced to top and bottom layers
instead of just promoting the layer of a selected object one at a time.
Subscribing ~field-high because:
- it's blocking one of the user acceptance testing
- upgrading Queens to Rocky using charms is a reasonable expectation

libldac is a library made by Sony BUT WITH A PERMISSIVE LICENSE (Apache 2.0) to
support LDAC audio compression format, so I think there is no legal problems to
package it.
This guy made a dispatcher (https://github.com/EHfive/ldacBT) to support LDAC
with Bluetooth devices.
I guess this makes also sense to back-port to 0.92.x for us. Would you
mind crating an MR Max (or just commit directly; I think you have
permissions)?

I tried to reconstruct the issue using Virtual Machines. I took an Ubuntu
18.04.2 VM with Linux 4.15 and added a second disk. I booted that VM from the
ISO with Xubuntu 18.04.2 and installed Xubuntu on that second disk and it
rebooted after install without any problem.
So I have to retry it on
