I have the same problem. Setting "CreateIPPPrinterQueues" to "No"
doesn't change anything.

Remove btrfs module after a failed fallocate attempt

Since upgrading to disco I have started having regular freezes of my
laptop. There is no response to key presses, mouse movement etc. Only
recourse is to reset the system.
