and revert to good old resolv.conf but what is the actual recommended

Thanks Simon for the report, yes I've seen similar bugs for a few other
packages already.
In many cases the security Team already has a plan or opinion about it.
Therefore I'm assigning the security team to first give us their guidance if:
- it should not be enabled, because ?
- it will be enabled
I'm also affected and annoyed by this behaviour. My home folder has a
meaningful structure, as it suppose to be, and this is just
unacceptable.
Unfortunately, my file manager PCManFM doesn't even support to hide
listed files, so I cannot get rid of it in any way.
