what i was expecting is when we press ctrl+T in "Files" window,

When I look at my connection configuration in /etc/NetworkManager
I wish to add this exact same issue (same error, same result) just
struck me after attempting to upgrade to 19.10.
I have downloaded the "boot repair disk" ISO from Sourceforge as
recommended on another Ubuntu forum, but am wondering if I should use it
or the Ubu Live/boot disk?
