I'm updating focal to 4.11.5 (hoping debian will update to 4.11.6 soon,
and will check again how printing is working in this release. If it
still fails, I'll grab the patches I saw being discussed upstream and
apply them, and then I will have something I can start preparing as an

Regarding your question about LLDP and IPv6...
The default Ubuntu 18.04.3 configuration has an IPv6 enabled kernel, but
the interface only has the default link local address configured. I've
seen it do router solicitation on link state changes and periodically
thereafter. I think I recall seeing
