You are correct Walter- it is EFI - didn´t know this that the language
selection was only on BIOS boot - (learn something everyday) . Is not

We have 3 options:
1) Drop s390x for Focal
2) Backport a commit which, in testing, inexplicably appears to fix
s390x, at least on Debian Sid - but there's a LOT of churn around it, so
it's tough to backport (491a4d5da8e523d6191e6027ea7f3cee226d6ba8)

tracker-extract on Ubuntu is probably what is keeping it busy here, as I
get it crashing from time to time when I mess about with the mountpoint
(like unmount to get it to suspend).

[snap] After deleting the cache, chromium crashes
Received New Updates Feb 19 2020. After Updates through Terminal & Restart. The
Software Cache froze while "Refreshing Software Cache". These are the New
Updates Received recently. Output:
