For what it is worth, I have a kernel issue that appears after upgrading from
4.15.0-88 to 4.15.0-91 and it still is present in 4.15.0-96.
For my system the kernel does not panic, however it eventually starts erroring
and then mounts /tmp as ro.

This seems somewhat dependent on the screen resolution.
At 1920x1080 (the most popular screen resolution) our default web browser is
"Firefox Web br..."

This is proving to be really difficult to reproduce -- it's getting
slower (but really slowly) on my spare PC. The memory use for gnome-
shell is, essentially, static.

Poweroff
I have the same issue. Everything was working fine on 18.04, it only
stopped working after upgrading to 20.04. My phone (Android) can see the
wifi network (hotspot), it connects to it, it says it is connected but
there is no internet. I tried many different configurations, different
software, but
gpsmon is the primary tool I use from the clients package, just to see
that gpsd it tracking things properly and to see the PPS is active.
Agree that gpsctl makes more sense in the gpsd package itself, if you
think the same applies to the non-Python bits then the dependencies of
gpsd might stay
I installed 20.04 beta on a usb drive on the same machine, and reinstalled
packages to resemble my main install as closely as possible. The bug does not
occur when booting from the usb drive.
The most significant difference I can think of is that the main install is on
an lvm partition

Booting a Lubuntu QA-test installed system (2020-04-11 ISO installed
today) and after plymouth, I briefly see the VAIO logo before the sddm
greeter occurs.
Order I see is (3 boots to confirm)
- encryption-key-screen
- vaio
- plymouth (lubuntu dots)
- vaio
- sddm/greeter
the vaio screen appears

Yes. This is still an issue on the P50, same machine as above.

And I've tested with the 3 different Nvidia drivers listed in the additional
drivers interface.

environment from working.

I was able to solve the problem.
1. 5.3.0-42 wifi worked
2. 5.3.0-46 wifi didn't work
3. booted into 5.3.0-42 with working wifi system
4. I used sudo lshw > lshw-42.txt to capture data
5. booted into 5.3.0-46 without working wifi
6. use sudo lshw > lshw-46.txt to capture data
7. I used diff

The --nocolor option is working as expected in dstat 0.7.2-4 on Ubuntu
16.04 (and later releases). I can't tell from the changelog exactly when
this was fixed, but looks like it was resolved at some point in the
meantime. :)
