First time I was using Ubuntu media creation tool. And the installation
failed.
Then I used RuFus on Windows. And the same flash drive went okay.
I had the same issue on previous Ubuntu (19.10), installation wend okay
only when using Rufus and not the Ubuntu bundled tool.

For me the problem is not fixed.

It seems the PHY for my Realtek ethernet chip is not activated in the boot up
process.
I have to locally log in and enter "dhclient enp2s0" to get the interface
running. Only then the "PHY"

after the kernel upgrade our office desktops started to suspend after
inactivity and with users logged out. this is rather unacceptable since
we also use the pcs to run computational jobs. i tried to prevent the
suspension via systemctl but the sleep.target, suspend.target,
3 more tests shows it will finish around 80 ~ 110 seconds on that azure
instance (with Bionic 4.15 Azure)
However, it will take about 330 seconds with the same instance on Xenial
4.15 Azure (3 attempts,
And on Oracle Bionic 4.15, it will take up to 620 second to run (5 attempts,
610 ~ 620
I've been doing some testing and disabling panel self refresh (PSR) on
the Intel driver seems to help quite a lot with frame dropping in X11,
this is a known fact for the Matebook Pro, at least for Windows. Still
not perfect, still a bit of stuttering, but an improvement anyway.
