The Welcome/setup screen runs every time after the initial login. Each
time it forces a new login name. This become the default login which is
NOT wanted. Furthermore, the previous setups force you to re-name your
language, livepatch etc choices.

The pbuilder failures looks weird but do not seem to be caused by the
changes in this upload. It's of course hard to prove as the pbuilder
tests seem to fail with the old debootstrap because of the inability to
recognize groovy. I would lean towards badtesting this architecture.
