We can reproduce a crash in the block layer with lots of stress on lots
of SCSI disks (on an XIV storage server).
We seem to have several scsi stalls in the logs/errors (needs to be
analyzed further) but in the end we do crash with this this calltrace.

a) too old kernels that don't support the feature

There is a very simple way to reproduce the bug, **without even booting

This bug is my first bug report.
Maybe it's duplicate but I opened new report because versions don't
match exactly.

The /usr/sbin/zpool path is still present in zz-zfs in upstream's master
branch, however I'm not sure they'll consider it an actual issue, as
other distros may very well install the zfstools in /usr/sbin.
This is however a non-issue in Ubuntu >= 19.04, as it installs by
default in "usrmerge"
