I started pavucontrol from the terminal and found that meters work.
However, when started from the menu they don't. On further
investigation, I found that the desktop file lists pavucontrol-qt rather
than pavucontrol as the executable. I am not sure why there are two
items called the same thing.

The volume meters in pavucontrol are missing. I did find a checkbox in
the configuration tab: "Show volume meters" but there are no meters with
this box checked or unchecked. These meters are quite important for web
based conferencing use for input level adjustment.
We completed a test this morning with the modified pigpio library and
verified our applications can now read the GPIO signals once we removed
the PROT_EXEC flags from the library init code.
We will pursue getting a change in with the pigpio library separately.

Same here Ununtu 20.04 with Anker Soundcore life Q10, what is worse it that
ofono/phonesim can't be used properly, no stable version for Ubuntu 20.04 and
no proper instructions to set it up...

Reverting to both 100% and 200% works fine, without issues. g-c-c now
requires a further "apply" to turn it off, and mutter reacts properly
when setting it back to both 200% and 100%.

Xorg crashes when starting gdm3. Bug in libgl1-mesa-dri.
This crash doesn't seem to reproduce anymore, and there's no trace of it
in e.u.c since version 3.36.4 went in proposed.

Title:
Wrong "installed system"
If it plugged in, it does not display nothing (Lenovo logo, POST test etc),
when I unplug the notebook from the power adapter, or remove it from the dock
during starting process boot continue normal.
I Have checked it, but it can not boot BIOS until unplugged.

It can not reboot from Ubuntu with plugin dock.
It probably because of the dock devices, what kind of dock?
Can it boot with power adapter only after power off from Ubuntu?

It could not post BIOS logo on docking, right?
Could you try if Window block it from booting?
1, Power off laptop, and cold boot to Ubuntu;
2, plugin dock;;
3, Reboot from Ubuntu.
To check if it can boot BIOS.
