negotiated - did not need to restart ovs to get the 'good' test.
Apologies for the noise, it does actually look like this is also fixed
in 2.13.0-0ubuntu1 and possibly could be updated for openvswitch

Unable to launch applications which use su-to-root from menu package

After playing sound for a while (minutes, not seconds), the right
channel will become attenuated.
Restoring balance can be done by unplugging the headphones (from the
built-in sound card) or disconnecting the external DAC and reconnecting
it.

I am in the middle of an mimic -> nautilus -> octopus upgrade, and got
the same 'tick checking mon for new map' cycle from my 15.2.3 OSD
daemons. After
$ ceph osd require-osd-release mimic
