Yes, I am sure. I tested it on another server that did not do the
updates yet.
It must have been one of these packages because we do daily backups and
these were the only ones that were updated between the successful and
failed run.
I tried downgrading but apt is not very smart and would remove

Slowdown seems to be gone, but after some more testing (error occurs

Ah, that's an interesting data point, I had incorrectly assumed that the
