emulated in qemu. Could you please give some pointers about that?
I've found LP: #1882795 which suggests that this testing method is incomplete

this is a request to remove a few packages related to the move from
postgresql-12 -> postgresql-13.
The overall move is handled, tracked and discussed in bug 1902059.
For now that would be:
