While the version of ubuntu-drivers-common in the release pocket for
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS has code for "system_device_specific_metapackages" it
seems that some users[1] have strange versions of ubuntu-drivers-common
installed and are receiving Tracebacks with an attribute error. So it

TCP/80 or TCP/443 preventing nginx from starting and binding those
itself.
By the logs you attached, that other process seems to be apache2. As
such, this looks like a local config issue so I'll mark the bug as

Yes. I had built from the source. lshw-B.02.18 and then lshw-02.18.85.
I had enabled proposed but it had no effect. Perhaps I had downloaded
too early?
Anyway, after updating and trying as you suggest /usr/bin/lshw then

Revisiting this as the fix I posted was inaccurate. I did manage to
resolve it successfully as I will explain.
I had to manually upgrade the three packages in the dependency chain
that was causing the issue like so (order is important):

With the release of livecd-rootfs 2.408.65 in Xenial, cloud_images will

Raspberry Pi 3 network dies shortly after a burst of IPv6
After an upgrade to 20.04, Skype could not detect video and sound devices
anymore on my computer. Other software such as cheese or VLC worked fine.

After the codec PM optimization, laptops with SOF may take very long to
suspend. In addition to that, HDA may not be able to be runtim suspended
again after resume from hibernation.
[Fix]
Prevent the SOF driver touches codec during system suspend, and properly

Dell XPS 17 (9700) comes with Windows 10 preinstalled, where sounds
worked.
I installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTS fresh, sounds did not work on speakers or 3.5mm

If I leave my desktop (Xubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, Xfce xfdesktop4 4.14.2-1,
Xorg 1:7.7+19ubuntu14) idle for a few minutes, the mouse buttons and
most keyboard presses become unresponsive. My "system power saving"
setting is disabled (set to "never") and "display power management"
Funny I was having this problem, or at least similar, and I found out
the wifi was interfering. Moving the router away from the laptop
resolved the issue.
