Some progress in 21.04. Screen sharing in Chrome now sort of works, but
with some weirdness. I'm working on laptop with two external screens;
sharing the laptop's built-in screen works, but sharing an external
screen with a different resolution doesn't; I get a somewhat-old-school
effect where
With releasing the fix for Focal (20.04) the release upgrades from
Bionic (18.04) are also fixed.
Upgrades to a newer libc6-lse version in Bionic would still crash, but
there is no newer official libc6-lse package for Bionic.

lxc-test-no-new-privs failed with Temporary failure
Thanks to Eric Mergelsberg. I confirm the workaround is working fine. I
added the magic line below in may preseed.cfg and my unattended install is
back to working for now.
