My apologizes that this totally was not on my radar. I applied the patch
(thank you!) and moved the code from bzr to git, added a gbp.conf and

Note that the problem hasn't been fully fixed. It still persists when
going out of S3 deep sleep (suspend) mode - i.e. it's random whether it
will work or not when resuming. I can however confirm that running
5.9-rc6 the touchpad always works as expected on a new start or on a

And yes, it looks like 20.04 now clones xg's MAC to the virtual bridge
interface by default. 19.10's br200, br20 MACs appear to be random.

the first beta candidate had the issue, maybe that's the image you
downloaded and you didn't update after we refreshed with a new build?
anyway it should be fixed so closing the bug but feel free to reopen
with details if you see the problem again

Hi.
This problem I don't experience any more. It was reported more than 1
year ago. I think I uninstalled libreoffice as snaps, and installed them
with apt.
I don't know if I have any more apps installed as snaps.
snap list --all does not show libreoffice any more, but show for example
Trying to clean some old issue I've removed the Bionic tasks where this
should be working fine so there is no task to be done on that release.
