Mouse scrolling no longer moves between tabs in gnome-terminal
Can it be backported to the latest LTS?
Using `tlp` to control the laptop charge trigger a reboot every time.

I'm using an acer Aspire v nitro. Since the kernel upgrade to 13.0-27,
shutting down the computer leads to a kernel panic. kernel 11 still
works fine. The problem first appeared around 3 weeks ago.
As far as we could tell, something's up with the sound driver,
snd_hda_intel.
I confirmed all ftrace related tests passed with `LOCALVERSION=-dev-master sudo
make kselftest KCFLAGS="-W" CC="ccache clang-12" -j 12 TARGETS="ftrace"`.
