The bug is very easy to reproduce, and it is happening on the just released
kubuntu 22.04 LTS beta.
It probably happens on older versions too, but i didn't check them.
Just install the "plasma-workspace-wayland" package with apt, logout and switch
to wayland.
Then run
MUTTER_DEBUG_DISABLE_TRIPLE_BUFFERING=1 can still reproduce the issue.
MUTTER_DEBUG_ENABLE_ATOMIC_KMS=0 gdm3 can't up successfully.

that run this morning has reset the /lib/systemd/system/tomcat9.service
file causing the loss of the ReadWritePaths entries I added, causing
