No, not multi-GPU. It's an AMD system with no integrated graphics and
only one Nvidia card. One monitor plugged in, one TV plugged in to that
card via HDMI. But the TV is usually turned off, and disabled in
Settings | Displays. Running Xorg, not Wayland.

Just changed the `WaylandEnable=true` to check if thats changes anything
it was set to false before.

Why does it have an explicit dependency on the library package? Using
the -dev instead should be enough and would avoid similar problem next
time libtins changes ABI.
