I have disabled "powerond" and ever since then no keyboard freezes.
I use Gnome and I almost never hit the "Window + B" key combination,
even nothing much happened even when I tried it.

Bug still seems to be occurring for me.
Set the Password type to WPA2 and the network password and click OK.
Can now connect wirelessly.
Close Network Settings and re-open, or re-boot, and the settings are

I believe that this bug has been corrected in Ubuntu hardy
openoffice.org 1:2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3 so I am marking it as Fix Released.
If after upgrading you continue to have problems with this issue then

This appears to be broken again in the same way. It keeps getting
temporarily fixed and then broken with new updates in hardy. I have yet
to identify the exact package responsible so please let me know if you
have any insight. Thanks!

Could you please post a link to the icon theme in question? I'd assume
that this is a bug with the theme and not gnome-panel, but I'd have to
look at it. Many third party themes miss a few icons here and there.

have nspluginwrapper and flash installed; compiz is disabled.

that's strange
i've started Hardy alpha 6 Live CD and :
- i've used FF 3.0b3 with Compiz Fusion/Metacity with composite/Metacity
without composite and everything is ok
- I've updated FF 3 to b4 and everything is ok
