That's what I'm saying. The snmp user, which is the default user for the
snmpd service, doesn't have permission. Reading interface speed fails
with the standard package installation. Isn't that a bug? Is there a way

Segfault
Running similar hardware (P5E-VM HDMI Rev 1.00G), with a fresh FC9
install got the same behavior (hard lock). Ran the FLASH update from
405 to 604 and still get the hang. Disabled X from starting and and
everythign seemed fine. startx and all is well. Close X and start it
again and hard hang.
Is it possible to include the aforementioned fix in the default ubuntu
packages? It seems that the upstream kernel is not going to fix it.

file system doesn't support it, so this may actually be the right thing
to do if ntfs-3g doesn't provide this feature ...

Hello, I ran top with and without the battery and i'm attaching a full
screen shot of the top command with and without battery. You can refer

mentioned that the cpu usage shoots up. Now when I plug my AC power
back, the cpu usage drops down back to the previous value
